Calipers are a must for exact measurements. Get this good, yet inexpensive Calipers from General Tool.
Ryobi Drill see it here, Ryobi P277 Drill – Driver 18 Volt Bare Tool (Battery and charger not included) It is easy to add tools when they all use the same battery. I have three batteries. Two small ones Ryobi P107 18-Volt One Plus Compact Lithium Plus Battery for when I want my tool lighter. and one larger battery when I need longer running power. I use the Kreg R3 Jr model. This is good for moderate use. If you plan several projects or frequent use then I suggest a larger model like the K4.
Ryobi Impact Driver is fabulous. I never knew that there was such a difference when driving screws and nuts with this tool.
